Our Mission

Our mission is to advance trade secrets law. 

Our History

Established in 2024, the American Trade Secret Law Society is a new voice the advancement of trade secret law. Started by trade secret lawyers from around the country, ATSLS provides a forum for discussion of cutting edge issues and advocacy for the sensible development of the law.  

Our Membership

Our membership consists of trade secret lawyers from companies and law firms across the country. We are the only bar organization dedicated to trade secret law. We provide advocacy, access, and resources by and for our members.
